The day it arrived

We first dismantle the truck, removing most of the parts we can.
|
We deep clean the procilien sides, and remove the rear to clean and update the freezer lights.
|
|
|
After most of the parts are removed, it is move to the body shop for a professional paint job, where the hood and the rest of the parts will be removed for a quality paint job.
|
The motor and transmission were removed, so the engine comparrtment could be painted. The original 240 5 cylender motor, and C4 transmission were sent out for a profetional rebuild.

The body work was done, all dents were pounded out, any rusted metal was cut out, and replaced, and it is ready for a top quality paint job.

The freshly rebuilt motor and transmission are reinstalled, and it is ready to be brought back and be reassembled.

Back in our hands, we now assemble everything, with all new stainless steel screws, and hardware, to match how it was originally assembled.

We are getting close to being done.

We updated the florescent lights, and added all new bulbs
|
Graphics are added to the door panel, all the lighting updated, freezer unit checked, and running. This truck is now ready for another 40 years of operation.
